Job Responsibilities

• Merchandising and Product Planning
• Prepare replenishment report
• Responsible for the overall retail merchandise, identify appropriate sources of product supply and monitor the performance of products.
• Liaise with outsource factories for quotation enquiries, sample requisition, order follow-up and shipment scheduling.
• Manage the promotional activities and managing all pricing activities.
• Implement the projection strategy and lead the merchandising team to meet company objective and profit margin.
• Follow-up orders with factory, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• New product launch planning & fabric ordering.                                 
• Arrange R&D department to prepare EDM/ECN for HK products.                          
• Work closely with sales team for sales planning.                                 
• Monitor the product development and approval processing.                        
• Explore new license, prepare sales forecast & planning.                            
• Participate the licensor's marketing event.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Textile / Clothing or University graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in purchasing with minimum 2 years at supervisory level.
• Knowledge in retail industry, POS system is an advantage.
• Strong marketing sense and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, creative and aggressive.
• Open-minded and able to work independently under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office & other computer applications.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Manager.
