Responsibilities 

• Support the sourcing team to develop strategic sourcing plans
• Source and negotiate with new regional suppliers to meet cost and quality requirements
• Work with stakeholders to obtain, as well as supply information in a timely manner
• Responsible for end-to-end project management in delivery of products as a project manager
• Drive commercial benefits e.g. cost savings
• Build and maintain excellent supplier relationship
• Liaise with internal cross functional teams to manage risks on projects and cost-in targets
• Responsible for ensuring supplier quality improvement plans are implemented
• Responsible for project updates and the maintenance of supporting documents

 Requirements 

• University graduate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in packaged and processed food sourcing or purchasing; Candidate with less experience may be considered for a Product Executive position
• Experience in sourcing candies / nuts is definitely an advantage
• Working experience in sourcing office is preferred
• Strong product knowledge and understand food related rules and regulations for US / EU market
• Attention to details and very organized
• Aggressive, confident and eager to advance
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent project management and presentation skills
• Good team player and outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Mandarin
