Responsibilities

• Responsible in sourcing for any new product and oversea supplier for OEM basis
• Perform all purchasing activities such as sample request, P.O. issuance and follow-up, order processing, correspondences and quality claims,
• Conduct a regular quotation comparison and negotiation
• Evaluate and conduct any supplies performance and quality issues
• Provide quality service to support all relative department,
• Monitor the sales trend, gross margin and inventory level
• Work close with the team on OTB for every seasonal buy,
• Review, prepare and execute seasonal buying plan,
• Provide product training for the operation/retail team

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 4 years solid relevant experience in retail industryand OEM project development, with AV and Beauty product development experience will be an advantage.
• Strong marketing sense with analytical mind
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn, committed to work, ability to work independently responsibility
• Immediately available is preferable.
