Job Responsibilities

• Direct report to Managing Directors
• Independently handle full set of account and payroll
• Responsible for the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Monitor the budget, inventory control and cash flow projection
• Operating system oriented, with emphasis on internal control experiences
• Lead statutory audit and taxation exercises
• Ensure the smooth daily treasury and cash handling operation
• To assist the management in monitoring & reviewing accounting operations
• Other ad-hoc assignments
• Maintenance of accounting software system required, experiences in system implementation advantageous
• Liaise with bankers and participate in other ad hoc assignments
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines or above (Higher Diploma with solid experience may also be considered)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in handling full set of books, preferably in retail industries, with consolidation and supervisory experiences
• Strong communication skills, initiative, responsible and hardworking
• To be technically strong, mature and be able to work independently
• Good analytical skills in financial control, cash flow, forecast, budgeting with strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting system
• Knowledge in Peachtree accounting system is an advantage
