PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Corrective Action Plan (CAP) from suppliers after audit visits done by internal Compliance Auditors to ensure the plan are completed properly.
• Work with suppliers for following up the issues identified in the audit reports.
• Advice the factories about the standard of the expected actions based on our guidelines. 
• Conduct visits to factories to ensure the required action plan is properly executed when necessary
• Alert team leader on critical issues on the action plans
• Produce reports for further analysis in a timely manner and update database.
• Perform compliance related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

• Diploma /Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable organization is preferable
• Factory and manufacturing experience is preferable
• Strong Communications skills and Analytical skills
• Good team player; customer orientation
• Able to attend to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
• Travel to China and South East Asia is required
