Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and customers in regards to account receivable issues
• Make outbound calls and /or email prompting customers for payment of past due invoices
• Ability to analyze data on the accounts receivable report and determine appropriate resolution strategies
• Gather and document data into relevant systems as per client’s requirements
• update customers’ accounts regarding payment status daily
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:  

• Tertiary education or above
• Basic Finance and /or Accounting knowledge preferable and strong numerical sense an advantage
• Customer Service and/or Collections experience is definitely an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, good communication skills and can work under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written English
• General PC knowledge including MS Word and Excel
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Work Visa
• Immediate available preferred
