You will provide secretarial support in the operation of our Secretarial Services Department, which will include:

Job duties

• Routine filing and maintenance of statutory and regulatory registers
• Director’s share interest filing
• Regular check and update on compliance issues
• Assist in arrangement for board / committee meetings and AGMs

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• ICSA / HKICS member or finalist
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience which shall include solid experience in listed companies
• Good knowledge of procedural and statutory requirements
• Diligent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, a good team player
• Familiar with secretarial software
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Secretarial Officer
