Job Descriptions:

• Conduct general and project specific researches

• Analyse natural resources projects and assess technical data, including charts, tables and computer files (resource model)

• Create and maintain advanced database on the natural resource industry

• Prepare business documents and presentation materials for both internal and external use

• Construct financial and cash flow models using sophisticated spreadsheet software packages on mineral and energy projects

• Prepare written reports on mineral and energy projects

• Technical support for client pitching, client meeting, and relationship management

   

Requirements:

University graduates in one of the following disciplines

• BCom (finance/accounting/economics) with previous experience in the natural resources industry OR

• BEng (financing engineering or related disciplines)

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong interests in natural resources, experience in mineral or energy projects is preferred

• Willing to travel

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, familiar with common MS programs, eg. Outlook, Powerpoint etc.

• Organized, willing to take challenges, willing to learn and take inititive, independent, enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated

• Great passion for career development in economic analysis of the natural resources industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish/maintain good relationship with customers

• Ability to communicate and work with experts and specialists from multiple disciplines and cross-geological locations
