Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Descripetion:

• Daily office administration
• Assist admin. department and marketing department

Qualification: Form 7 or above

Experience: 1-2 years, experience in surveying/building service field will be an advantage

Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and oral)

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office
• English and Chinese typing
• Knowledge in Photoshop/AutoCad/etc. will be an advantage

Other Skills:

• Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage

Other Requirements:

• Responsible
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work independently
• Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
