We are representing a well-known developer to look for a candidate for Property Manager. Our client has diverse development projects in both Hong Kong and China. Due to the expansion of business, they are now looking for a Property Manager in Hong Kong. 

Responsibility:

• supervise an on-site team
• manage daily property operations
• maintain good tenant relationship
• liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in property management or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in property management in which 5 years’ mustbe at supervisory level.
• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management
• Excellent client relationship management
• Willing to take initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
