Job Description

Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facility Management or related disciplines
Holder of MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM preferred
Minimum 8 years' experience in property or facility management of residential properties of which 2 years must be at supervisory level
Good knowledge and familiar with DMC and BMO implementation
Strong leadership in supervising a team of security, building services and cleaning staff to maintain a top quality management standard and to provide excellent services to patron residents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is preferred
Work Location: Yuen Long
