Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of solid work experience with minimum 2 years at managerial level, preferably in public transport industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong personality with initiative and leadership ability, able to work under pressure
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license Class 1 & 2 is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage bus operations including bus routes and terminus facilities management to ensure safe and quality bus services
• Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to bus operations, maintenance and related matters
• Review and formulate operational procedures to enable statutory compliance and achieve continuous improvements
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop staff to fulfil efficient task allocation
• Handle strategic development projects
• Perform related responsibilities as considered appropriate

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Bus Operations Officer.)
