Our client is an internationally-renowned fashion label who specialises in premium intimate apparel. They are currently expanding their retail presence in the Asia Pacific Region with a new flagship store in Hong Kong and are currently looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join their prestigious team.

 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PR and Digital Marketing departments to develop and implement CRM initiatives that build a customer database and help to recruit VIP customers
• Work with the Store Manager and Retail Manager to analyse customer data, ensuring CRM initiatives are tailored with a customer driven focus
• Offer a personalised customer service including individual offers that are designed for specific customers
• Lead and coach team members in a holistic approach to seamless customer service
• Achieve individual targets and help the store to achieve monthly KPI’s set by company
• Establish store mystery shopper system and ensure results consistently improve
• Prepare regular reports relating to customers

Requirements:

• Existing VIP network and solid experience in luxury retail
• Computer knowledge, specifically excel
• Excellent communication skills
• CRM knowledge with a clear customer and service mind-set
• Strong product knowledge
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive business
• Ability to work with and to lead a team
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
