Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer enquiries/complaints via various channels such as hotline, outbound, email, correspondence,
- To handle enquiries/complaints received by external parties or regulatory bodies via PR team such as Customer Council
- Collect feedback from customers and Customer Services Representatives, identifying, analysing issues and making recommendations to enhance service quality
- Supervising and coaching Customer Services Representatives, monitoring their productivity and performance to meet service standards and KPIs
- To Prepare training program and materials for Customer Services Representatives
- To Define user requirement and performing test for projects and Customer Relations related system enhancement
- To ensurr the procedure is adhered to company policy, regulatory and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with at least 5 years of working experience in customer service or call centre, preferably in IT industry
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective planning and organizing skills
- Customer service training experience for junior staff is a plus
- Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent speaking in English and Cantonese, and good command of written English and Chinese
- Good Command in Putonghua is preferred
