Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries through hotline / e-mail
• Follow / resolve customer complaint cases with care
• Prepare Complaint Case Report and Monthly Analysis for Management Review
• Review the info of Customer Service Guideline and Retail Operation Menu
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Assist and work closely with Operation & Training team

 Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in customer service industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, problem solving and organizing skills
• Self–motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure
• Good telephone skills, service minded and positive attitude
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Fluent speaking in Mandarin is a MUST
• Computer in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
