Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Strategic Accounts in Asia to develop corporate strategy for strategic accounts.
• Prepare and achieve the agreed budget for responsible Strategic Accounts.
• Develop and maintain assigned global strategic account customer relationships.
• Identify trends and potential concerns with assigned accounts to provide quick resolution and proactive customer service.
• Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts to increase sales and account growth.
• Develop business strategies for assigned accounts and work closely with the global regions and sales branches to position TTI as the preferred supplier. 　

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Marketing Management or equivalent.　　
• At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in electronics distribution or related field, preferable with EMS, it is an additional advantage to have experience on passive components.
• Competencies include: Relationship Management, Driving for Results, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Business Acumen.
• Ability to write and present information to internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
