Job Purpose:

• To provide advice to customers regarding their ground transportation requirements and to prepare cost estimates and bookings where necessary
• To respond to customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain awareness of service levels and deliver high service standards
• Developing customer relationships with ability to build up relationship network at top level
• Assist with the preparation of billing information and processing of credit card transactions
• To be flexible and assist the roadshow / event team with ad hoc projects where necessary
• To identify and progress potential sales opportunities relating to customer needs where appropriate

Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Essential

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Minimum 2 years of key account management experiences in multinational corporation / tourism field is preferred
• Proactive with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem identifier and solver, outgoing, good team player and work under pressure
• Proficient in PC application
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
