The role is full-time permanent, and is involved in a significant wide process & technology transformation programme.

Key Skills:

• Ensure the users follow correct business process in using the system
• Manage and maintain customer database, ensure effective customer segmentation and data mining
• Segment customer database and generate customer lists for marketing initiatives
• Manage the accuracy of CRM documentations and user guides
• Generate and compile business reports, such as analysis of sales and customers
• Provide support to other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

• A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
• Detailed minded person
• Patient to handle various jobs and tedious tasks
• Systematic approach to workload and proven record with multi-tasking
• Immediate available is preferred

Technical skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table, complex formulas...)
• Experience in CRM will be a significant advantage
• JavaScript is preferred but not necessary

Language skills:

• English is a must.
• Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
