Key Responsibilities: 

• Handling customers' orders, order fulfillment and shipment;
• Communicating and providing customer services to customers and markets;
• Liaising with Planning, Logistics teams and vendors to ensure meeting schedule adherence and customers’ requirements.

 Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Business or Commerce discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience, preferably in toy industry;
• Practical experience in sales administration and project co-ordination;
• Experience in handling US markets preferred;
• Able to work under pressure and resolve problems independently and efficiency;
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & English.
