Job Description

Functions and duties

To ensure smooth handling of daily customer services activities for HKG station through the following areas:

  • Assist the General Manager (GM) or head of the station to formulate the customer service tactics for the station
  • Build and maintain close relationship with clients and manage their expectation.
  • Supervise Customer Service (CS) team to maximize the load factor and thus end-results of each freighter operations, to meet the budget of HKG station
  • Act in a professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction through close coordination with Sales and Operation teams of the station.
  • Daily coordination with Regional RCC team and CS teams in other stations to better manage flight capacity and hub operations.


Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Customer Service field, preferably in airline or logistics industry.
  • Good understanding of basic principles of market economy, logistics and international trade. Knowledge in regulations and practices relevant to the air freight industry in a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in English language at no less than CET 6 level. Previous exposure to an English-speaking working environment is desirable
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
  • Pleasant, attention to details, open-minded, result-oriented and self-motivated.
