Responsibilities

• To promote Electronic Trade Declaration and Value-Added services to target business companies by phone
• Responsible for telesales activities, including execution of sales and marketing campaigns directing to new business revenue, and conduct customer care calls to retain excellent relationship with existing customers
• To contribute towards total customer satisfaction

 Requirements

•  F.5 or above with 1 to 2 years of solid and proven Telesales experience in IT/ telecom/e-commerce field/sales or customer care
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent selling skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner, good command of Cantonese and English
• Good working attitude with strong team work morale
• Good command of computer skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
