Promote and sell overseas properties to Hong Kong-based investors
Participate in property exhibitions and seminars organized by the company
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
Tap on existing network/database of potential clients to generate more property sales

Job Requirements

Relevant work experience in sales/property/relevant industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
