Responsibilities

• To deal with any customer enquiries and orders, keeping the customer clearly informed as necessary
• Sales focus on not just taking orders but increasing sales, creating relationships, up selling, line extension, sales programmes
• Able to conduct product training to customers face to face, visit accounts for presenting new products
• Telephone sales
• Maximise every sales opportunity

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• 1 year or above relevant working experience
• Proficiency in computer skills is a must, especially in MS Excel
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• English speaking is a must
