Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Supervisor role will require them to operate as a customer service representative, in addition to the areas detailed below:
- Daily management of the customer service function to deliver high quality, effective service delivery over the Asia division
- Sales focus on not just taking orders but increasing sales, creating relationships, up selling, product training
- Able to conduct product training to customers face to face, visit accounts to present
- Maximising every sales opportunity
- Ensure that all Customer Service staff are adequately trained in terms of roles, responsibilities and products
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Proficiency in computer skills is a must, especially in MS Excel
- Detail-minded and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- English speaking is a must
