Job Description:

The role will report directly to the Vice President of Innovation and Commercial Development, who is part of the Pernod Ricard Asia management team and reports to the Chairman and CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia.

The role’s main responsibility will be to work on c. 8 secondments in individual Asian markets (Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, etc.) for a period of 6-8 weeks each. Based in the market, the person will work with the local Pernod Ricard affiliate on adapting their ‘Route to Market’ and the specific activities (sales visits, investment levels, visibility and activation) to strategic priorities.

The in-market assignment will follow a newly agreed systematic process and will be ‘sponsored’ by the Vice President Innovation and Commercial Development.

The role will offer the opportunity to gain experience rolling out a highly strategic project for Pernod Ricard across the key markets in Asia for the leader in Wines and Spirits in the Region.

Job Requirement:

1. Master Degree in business, marketing, or financial
2. Previous consulting experience is preferred; Having 3 - 5 years relevant commercial experience would be a benefit
3. Proactive, dynamic, independent, numeric, detail-oriented, highly analytical and able to deal with senior management level
4. Excellent knowledge in Excel, Word and other data analysis softwares
5. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English; Proficiency of Chinese and Putonghua is a not must but is an advantage
6. Willing to travel and be based in different Asia countries during for the assignment for 6 weeks – 8 week intervals.
