Job duties:

• Handle office administration
• Provide accounting support
• Assist at the reception where necessary
• Handle ad-hoc projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• F.7 or above or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years related work experience preferably in multi-national environment.
• Knowledge in accounting and experience in accounting software preferred.
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese. Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, and Internet.
• Reliable, detail-minded, efficient, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible, pleasant, polite, excellent interpersonal communication skill and a good team player.
• Interested in health and beauty.
