Responsibilities :

• Support sales resolving technical issues regarding office furniture products

• Client’s coordination since draw down of project

• Execution of site checking, site dimensions measurement, main contractor’s coordination

• Conduct shop drawing, able to communicate with production lines in regard to detail production

• Maintain the highest quality and standards throughout all stages of the project

• Reporting to Project Manager with daily updates 

Requirements :

•  At least 2-4 years relevant working experience, furniture and/or interior décor industry is an advantage

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good computer knowledge with basic Auto Cad and sketch shop-drawing skill

• Able to handle daily email communications

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, capable in team work

• Strong in problem solving, organized, initiative, creative and able to handle multi-tasks

• Occasion travel to Mainland China is required
