Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach the operation staff in the call centre, service centre and shops
• Assist in the customer segments to achieve the business target of increased membership business and turnover, and enhanced customer satisfaction
• Responsible to formulate CRM strategies to create and sustain business competitive advantages for business growth
• Responsible to the overall service operation management
• Monitor and control the performance of the operation team
  
  

 Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in call centre / customer service would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in managing people in organization
• High team spirit to work with others
• Be confident, proactive and detailed-minded
• Good command of English, Putonghua, Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant CRM Manager
