Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities include:

• Devise sales approaches and solutions to expand new business opportunities
• Maintain an excellent relationship with architects and interior designers
• Maintain good rapport with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities in HK
• Raise the corporate profile by developing customer network
• Provide professional advice to customers about their selections, qualities, specifications, budgets, etc.
• Develop sales forecast, formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives, identify market penetration tactics, manage annual sales targets and budgets

Requirements:

• Degree holder, min. 7 years’ relevant experience in luxury products, at least 3 of which in senior managerial position with experience to lead a sales team or to run a retail outlet
• Must have exposure in serving architects and interior designers
• Good business network with the ability of soliciting new corporate accounts preferably in high to premium sectors
• Excellent functional expertise and good business acumen
• Must have solid track record of increasing sales and expanding the network of customers
• Strong leader to coach team members and develop a high performance team
• Possess strong influencing ability and compelling communication skills
• Self-starter, result-oriented, dynamic insightful individual who is capable to work independently and work as a part of a team
• Self-assured, resilient, capable and well prepared to accept challenges
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
