Our client is a international retailer, provides a wide range of ready- to wear and accessories products. As they are expanding their retail business, they are currently looking for an energetic individual to join as their Flagship Store Manager.

Currently we are seeking for a high caliber Boutique Manager to lead and manage a Tier 1 LUXURY BRAND within the HK Island region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Boutique and assist 50+ staffs to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Bring in new insights and practices to strengthen customer service
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the flagship store in Central district Hong Kong
• Maintain staff performance by coaching, counseling, planning and monitoring performance
• Ensure stock levels are adequate, keeping constant communication with buyers and front line staff
• Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5 years relevant experience in retail operation in which 2 years experience in managing luxury fashion / jewelry brands
• Self confident, responsible, hard working, proactive & pleasant personality
• Able to build trust with customers, proactive, friendly with excellent customer serving skills and sales analysis knowledge
• Good communication, leadership and people management skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin

Benefits:-
7-8 Days off a month + 13 months pay
