Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Can independently handle full set of I/E and shipping documents
- Closely communicate with internal department for the case investigation and follow up with the customers
- Monitor the complaint handling process is resolved according to company guidelines and enhances the complaint handling practice and strategy
- Handle claim suppliers and handle customer services improvement assignments assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 2 years solid experiences in customer services and complaint handling
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command and fluent speaking of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, supportive and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge in Internet, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in Chinese Word Processing
