Job Description:

• Develop sales opportunities and business strategies for customer and maintain strong customers networks
• Formulate sales strategies and develop specific selling plans to achieve business objectives
• Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company with customers
• Develop target customers and provide guidance to sales team on penetration strategy.
• Build and enhance sales management process to maximize efficiency
• Develop brand building program and marketing communication programs
• Analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities to determine the right strategies in place

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Mechanical or related discipline plus a minimum of 15 years’ proven sales/marketing experience with 5 years in managerial grade
• Solid experience in household product or related business would be advantageous
• Strong project management skill and coordinate skill
• Equip with good communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Result-oriented attitude and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong presentation and communication skill in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel
• Candidate with less experience will be offered as Assistant Sales/Marketing Director
