Responsibilites:

-       Plan and manage the sales & marketing plans and strategy with the CEO.

-       Maintain solid relationship with clients

-       Respond and resolve clients’ inquiries, issues and concerns

-       Provide technical training and sales support to distributors and customers

-       Achieve revenue targets via professional selling approaches

-       Open & Develop new business in HK & China

-       Be responsible for the Commercial sales for Global & Local markets

-       Provide overall Account sales function, with specific focus on sales development from existing business relationships, new customers and all account management;

-       Manage effectively the sales budget with accurate sales forecast

-       Experience in retail operation in China market 

Requirements:

-       At least 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing position;

-       experience in FASHION industry is definitely an advantage

-       Good sense of fashion trends

-       Strong English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills;

-       Ability to travel independently and frequently as and when required;

-       Entrepreneurial, customer focused, self-starter, innovative, flexible, energetic, open minded and flexible.

-       Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

-       Proficient in PC Applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
