Job Description

Our client is a well-known international luxury goods distribution group which is currently looking for a high caliber Sales Director to expand their luxury watches business in Hong Kong.

 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Taking fully responsibility for top line of business and market expansion on wholesales of luxury watches in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Developing sales and trade marketing strategies with trade partners to deliver overall business target in terms of turnover, gross margin, distribution and collection mix.
  • Leading and coach a team of Sales professionals to maximize sales and distribution opportunities, as well as motivate and retain the team members.
  • Monitoring all selling activities with well planning
  • Developing and building strong partnership with all stakeholders by providing high quality service, rapport communication, market intelligence and trade support.
  • Planning and monitoring annual and medium term budget to ensure it in accordance with guidelines on commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Providing regular report to the senior management on latest development of market situation, sales performance and trade practice of luxury watches in Hon Kong and Macau markets.

To qualify for this role you will require:

  • University degree holder with minimum of 10 years solid sales and wholesale experience in luxury watches industry.
  • Good knowledge of wholesales channels and strong network of watch trade in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Proven track record of building long-term relations with business owners, trade partners and KOL etc.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent Mandarin will be an advantage.
