Responsibilities

• To answer inbound queries, customer service calls and action any associated administration relating to sales and customer services in Hong Kong area, and to provide assistance to our Beijing sales office.
• Data entry of customer orders, manage order delivery dates and customer backorders.
• Assist in productive sales activity, investigate opportunities for new customers and products as they arise, taking initiative and escalating matters where appropriate.

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• 1 year or above relevant working experience
• Proficiency in computer skills is a must, especially in MS Excel
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
