• At least 1yr in Sales Admin. or relevant experience
• Handle regular order & delivery for retail departments (local)
• Order planning and inventory control
• Able to handle full set of I/E & L/C documents
• Assist the sales officer with sales related data, reports and admin
• Coordination of all sales activities including handling product samples
• Handle sales enquiries  
• Responsible for market research and analysis
• Implement sales promotions with existing clients
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
