Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Transport Studies or above
• 3 years of related work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license class 1 & 2 is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the management of bus operations including bus routes and terminus facilities management to ensure safe and quality bus services
• Oversee and conduct safety and quality assurance, standards and measures
• Monitor staff performance
• Maintain and enhance public relations & customer services
• Liaise with business partners, relevant government authorities and user groups
• Handle passengers’ enquiries & complaints
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
