The Job:

• To plan, formulate and implement sales planning to drive broadband sales in Call Center;
• To monitor and keep track of sales performance and results of marketing programs;
• To work and liaise with internal parties e.g. marketing, sales & fulfillment to drive marketing initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotions & programs;
• To manage and monitor service standard of broadband installation and cultivate close working relationships with field services and engineering;
• To host regular meetings and feedback sessions with internal parties to improve product development and workflow process to enhance overall competitive positioning.

The Person: 

• Diploma holder or above with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Strong business acumen with good communication and coordination skills;
• A good team player, self-motivated with analytical abilities;
• Strong collaboration and project management skills;
• Able to work across departments and work in fast-paced environment;
• Attention to details and able to complete tasks with high accuracy.
