As Store Manager of Smart Living Store, the successful candidate will be responsible to lead a professional sales team to achieve sales target and promote Smart Living products to end users and our strategic partners. Major job duties include:

The Job:

• Lead and expand a professional team of smart living to achieve sales target
• Responsible to daily store operations and inventory management
• Plan, organize and execute events and activities to effectively draw quality traffic
• Maintain good relationships with strategic partners for business growth
• Identify business opportunities and formulate execution plan to improve sales performance

The Requirement:

• University graduate with a minimum of 3 years shop-management experience, or F.5 / F.7 graduate with a minimum of 5 years shop-management experience
• Strong leadership with proven track record to achieve sales target and deliver excellent customer service
• Aggressive, result-oriented and meticulous
• Good team building ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecom and consumer electronic industry will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Shop Supervisor
• Work Location: Shatin
