RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain master data in SAP for commercial vehicles including specification, pricing and configuration changes
• Input orders in SAP and headquarters ordering system
• Follow up order status with headquarters for delivery schedule and liaise with dealer and bodybuilder on commercial vehicle orders
• Manage vehicle logistics issues including vehicles offloading, import return and marine insurance claim, etc.
• Perform ad hoc support as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor in Business Administration / Statistics or Engineering related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge and experience on SAP are an advantage
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
