Our clients is an established Corporate services business with a global presence.  They are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development candidate to join their team in HK to head and drive the business further.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Drive their existing business in HK through use of their global offices
• Assist Global Head of Corporate Services and local board in development, implementation and evaluation of robust business plans
• Coach and develop team so that they are able to deliver value by creating new and higher standards of excellence
• Assist and support direct reports to prepare regular reports on activities and major achievements of HK corporate services business as required.
• Cross sell other group offerings.

To be eligible for this position, you will require:

• Atleast 10+years of Business development and management experience gained from fiduciary, corporate services or professional services businesses
• Experience in provision of full service administration to complex capital markets, structured finance and corporate structures.
• Proven BD experience including business development and marketing strategy implementation with an established track record of new business delivery
• Strong client relationship management experience in the region
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• An industry network of relevant clients and intermediaries a distinct advantage.
