Project Assistant (Job ID: 1629) 

Reporting to the Director of PSKL, the appointee will assist in the administration of the laboratory in co-ordination and arrangement of seminars, webinars, promotional events and visits to the laboratory; working with laboratory staff and students; and maintenance of the PSKL’s website and databases.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a good command of Putonghua and spoken English; good communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation skills. They should also be proficient in MS excel, word, powerpoint and Chinese word-processing. Knowledge of website maintenance and photo editing is highly desirable. The appointee should be a team player and be able to work independently and under pressure. He/She will be required to travel and work for projects outside Hong Kong. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
