Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise shipping team for import and export shipments
• Prepare full set of I/E document and Tradelink customs declaration 
• Negotiate with logistics service providers for transportation and freight quotations; prepare cost comparison and data analysis
• Provide logistics service support to internal department related to various kinds of shipment 

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 / Diploma in shipping or logistics operation
• Minimum 5 years of shipping experience and at least 2 years in supervisory position
• Experience in manufacturing field is an advantage
• Familiar with China transshipment and Oracle system
• Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written) and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Shipping Supervisor
