Responsibilities:

• Communicate with regional offices, overseas agents and freight forwarders for logistics arrangement  
• Handle full set shipping documentations, including invoice, packing list , delivery note and bank documentation
• Provide full support to Merchandising and Logistics teams in every aspect
• Responsible for Order Processing
• Data entry of Supply Chain related data
• Assist in any ad-hoc duty when required
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1-3 years working experience in supply chain, logistics or merchandising field
• Experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents, L/C, D/A, D/P, bank documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP system will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, detail oriented, well-organized,willing to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available is preferable
