Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping docs & arrange bookings
• Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics companies and factories
• Co-ordinate with our Merchandising Team and factories to ensure completeness and timeliness of the shipping arrangement
• Updated records and able to handle all correspondence with various parties independently
• Support daily operation with Merchandising team

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, at least 4 years working experience in sundries trading business is preferred
• Familiar in handling full set of import and export shipping documents and bank documents for US Retail Stores customers would be an advantage
• With hands on experience in import and export procedures, documentation and China customs
• Familiar with logistics and consolidation in China
• Proficient with PC applications( MS office, Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
