Customer Service – Hong Kong

Report to: Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

• Obtain from Trade Managers the allocations for ASC and ensure that these allocations meet the budget requirements. Highlight deviations to the relevant Trade and Area manager
• Review Space Protection list and highlight major deviations to the relevant LBU / Area manager
• Communicate the standard allocations per string / LBU to ASC LBU / Commercial Manager with copy to the Trade Managers
• Maintain close coordination with all offices within ASC in order to adjust the allocation smoothly
• Timely prepare COV (Change of Vessel) or possible holdover / optional loading list to LBU and also operational colleagues / berthing terminal
• Weekly review the equipment demand in line with the business plan, and ensure the optimal utilization to meet customer commitment
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with 5 years’ experience in the shipping industry
• Good communication skills and telephone manners
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent knowledge on word/excel application
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
