Job Duties:

Operation Clerk:

• Communicate with internal staff and clients for delivery arrangement
• Responsible for inventory control and ensure stock inventory record is keep in updated record
• Provide customer service to the clients and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior

Warehouse Clerk:

• Communicate to Operation staffs/ Clients and arrange the work to warehouse staffs.
• Follow up the customer D/N and invoice, Coordinate delivery arrangement
• Documentation and Data entry
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years working experience in logistics
  
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Hard Working and willing to work overtime
