Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set documentation of air import
• Follow standard operating procedures established by management
• Provide general clerical support including filing and prepare reports
• Arrange other logistics issues, e.g. trucking arrangements
• Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner and issue invoices
• Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 - 2 years working experience, preferably in airfreight / sea freight industry
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Hard working, Well-organized and have a good sense of responsibility
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
