Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide general customer service support for customers
- Able to handle full set I/E documents
- Handle shipment booking
- Data input and checking
- Handle shipping-related documents (filing, sorting, scanning etc. )
- Hard working and willing to work overtime
Requirements :
- F..5 or above
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in sea freight forwarder or shipping line company
- Possess good communication skills
- Good English and Mandarin
- Fast and accurate typing (40wpm or above for English & 30wpm or above for Chinese)
