Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the team to ensure all order fulfillment in receipt, put away, pick / pack and delivery
• Communicate with customer for local order dispatch
• Assist in preparing delivery documents such as packing list, invoice, etc.
• Liaise with different parties for daily delivery schedule planning
• Data entry & system update
• Maintain a systematic filing system
• Assist in daily warehouse operation

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate
• 1-2 years experience in logistics/warehouse operation, preferably in trading or FMCG industry
• Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
• Able to work independently in fast moving environment
• Positive work attitude, well-organized, willing to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate of Logistics Studies will also be considered
